Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age > 20 2. Diagnosed with tuberculosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tuberculosis patients 1.immunosuppressed condition including HIV infection, anti-chemotherpy, hematologic malignancy, transplantation and autoimmune disease 2. The patient who dosen't agree with participating the trials 3. The patient who is hypersensitive to PPD and TST test
