Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. endoscopic features of the lesions (large-sized lesion, lesion with a Vi-type pit pattern, and large elevated-type tumors, especially those suspected to be cancer), 2. mucosal fibrotic change caused by biopsy, and 3. lesions located on the haustra or acute angulations that were difficult to remove using conventional methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refused to participate, 2. chronic comorbid disease, such as chronic liver and renal disease.
