Procedure/Surgery : The training consisted of four weekly group sessions in hospital, with a 2 h session in week 1 and 1 h session thereafter and practice brief qigong meditation (BQM) twice daily for

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible if they felt at least “regularly” or “often” and had trouble in dealing with the stress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. They had a psychological disorder known to have been present for at least 1 month. b. They had a heart disease known to have been present. c. They had taken a porbidden drug for at least 1 month d. They had serious psychopathology (e.g., suicidal ideation) e. They were insufficient understanding of the Korean language f. They used another mind?body practice (e.g, yoga or meditation) more frequently than once a week.
