Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary osteoarthritis in both knee sex: both of male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rheumatic arthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, arthrofibrosis Parkinson disease, residual poliomyelitis, cerebral infarct, cerebral hemorrahage history severe deformity or bony destruction which need bone graft, block or stem. infectied knee, previous open knee surgery arthroplasty in ipsilateral hip or ankle arthrodesis in ipsilateral hip or ankle
