Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patient undergoing cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) 2. patient who has normal renal function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. child, adolescent ( 1.3) and kidney recipient 5. ejection fraction 30

rSO2-R percent change = [(mean rSO2-R value at baseline ? minimum rSO2 value during operation)/ mean rSO2-R value at baseline] X 100; postoperative renal injury (> 50% increase in creatinine from baseline to peak value within the first five postoperative days)
