Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18years 2) Patients with Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention within 72hours 3) Single coronary lesion 4) Patients who can medicated with dual antiplatelet drugs, at least 6 months after PCI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ST-elevation myocardial infarction, Unstable angina, Stable angina 2) Cardiogenic shock 3) Renal insufficiency (creatinine >2.0 mg/dl) 4) Life expectancy < 1 year 5) Severe liver dysfunction 6) Pregnancy or immune deficiency 7) Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy
