Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Degenerative arthritis patients Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who has major psychiatric problem, Patients who previously had strong dependency to pain killers, Patient who has an allergy to at least one component of the mixture, Patients who has kidney or liver function problem prior to the surgery, Patients who has major cardiovascular disease
