Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed by endoscopical, radiological, and histological methods 2) at least one year of disease duration 3) no additional treatment regimen or increase of the dose of medicine during previous a year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) co-morbidity 2) steroid treatment previous 3 months period 3) surgical treatment more than once 4) refusal to attend the study 5) inability to read or understand the questionnaires
