Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers aged 20 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Who has history of hypersensitivity to local anesthetics. 2) Who are inappropriate body weight , which is BMI 30kg/m2. 3) Who has severe heart, liver or kidney problem. 4) Who has been taken chronic narcotics, hypnotics 5) Who are chronic drug abuser or alcholics 6) Who have asthma, diabetes or hypertension 7) Who taking medications which may affect BIS ( eg, a and ß agonist and antagonist, Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, neuroleptics)
