Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 50 and 85 years old, patients with severe primary degenerative arthritis of knee, having pain, deformity and loss of function and no response on medication and physical therapy, the case operation is possible on hemodynamic health state, patients agree the purpose and method of this study and answer the scoring to need.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. less than 50, more than 85 years old b. high risk patients because of cardiopulmonary and other severe systemic disease for operation c. patient with no agreement d. need bone graft, metallic block, or long stem due to the destruction and deformity of knee joint e. suspicous infection
