Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age >= 18 years 2)Patients with atrial fibrillation who could be performed radiofrequency catheter ablation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) AMI, Unstable angina 2) Cardiogenic shock 3) Renal insufficiency (creatinine >2.0 mg/dl) 4) Life expectancy < 1 year 5) Severe liver dysfunction 6) Pregnancy or immune deficiency 7) Bleeding tendency or coagulopathy
