Drug : A: morphine 0.8-35mg/hr for 7 days B: remifentanil 0.1-0.2 mcg/kg/min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age over 18 stable vital sign and finished acute stage of respiratory failure patients who mechanical ventilatory support over 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Denial for informed concept 2) hypersensitivity for opioid and benzodiazepine 3) patients who need permanent mechanical ventilatory support
