Drug : The effect of cilostazol add-on (50-100mg PO BID for 1 week) in vasospastic angina patients who presented with suboptimal control of chest pain in spite of conventional medical treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who present with chest pain in PNUYH,Gangneung ASAN H.,Haeundae Paik H. ? signing on consent form ? age : 20~80 years old ? diagnosis of variant angina as following the criteria ?. Resting anginal chest pain ?. Documented coronary vasospasm : anyone of A~C A. CAG ( Reversible vasospasm ) : a or b a. Provocation Test (Use of intravenous Ergonovine) : positive b. Vasodilator Response Test ( Use of intracoronary Nitroglycerin) : reversibility of baseline vasospasm ( Resolved vasospasm of =50%) B. Echocardiogram a. Provocation Test (Use of intravenous Ergonovine) : positive C. Routine ECG or 24h ECG Holter monitoring a. Transient ST-T wave ?. Exclusion of significant coronary arterial stenosis: anyone of A~D A. CAG : No Culprit lesion (< 50% luminal narrowing ) B. CT-Coronary Angio : No significant lesion (<50% stenosis ) C. TMT : Negative D. thalium SPECT : Normal uptake

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? less than 20 year old or more than 80 years old ? mixed angina which has more than 50% of coronary artery stenosis ? contraindication of pletaal use ? chronic renal failure ( serum Cre > 2 mg/dL) ? ejection fraction < 40% ? vasospasm on left main ? pregnant woman
