Inclusion criteria: - perviously diagnosed with diabetics - open nephrectomy surgery - agree with patient-controlled analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patinets refusal - uncertain diagnosis for diabetics - mnimal invasive surgery such as laparoscopy
