Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? In case of acute coronary syndrome, culprit lesion is documented in proximal or middle segment of major epicardial coronary arteries. ? reference vessel size is equal or greater than 3 mm in diameter so that stents used for this lesion are 3 mm or 3.5 mm in diameter. ? No history of previous myocardial infarction other than target vessel territory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Left main disease ? significant stenosis (defined by more than 50% of diameter stenosis) distal to taget lesion ? if there is relatively big branch vessel ( defined by more than 50% of diameter stenosis) with significant stenosis in target vessel. ? Left ventricle fraction 12mm) or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ? creatinine > 2mg/dl
