Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients who underwent pancreatectomy (pancreatoduodenectomy, pylorus-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, spleen-preserving distal panreatectomy, subtotal pancreatectomy) - Patients who can be regulary followed-up for at least 1 year - Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Noncurative resection - Recurrence or distat metastasis - Severe comorbidity (cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, neurologic) - Other abdominal surgery which can have impact on quality of life (ex. gastrectomy, colectomy) - Patients who cannot understand the study
