Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: household contacts who lived together with sputum AFB culture positive MDR patients, or co-worker contacts who worked together with sputum AFB culture positive MDR patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients in whom TB was diagnosed and on treatment at the time of enrollment 2) patients in whom TB was newly diagnosed by the screening at the time of enrollment
