Interventions

Intervention group: Toothbrushing instructions(TBI), professional mechanical tooth cleaning(PMTC) and Clearfill megabond FA coating were carried out 4 times (treatment 1-4) with an interval of 3(2-4)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with initial dental caries on upper deciduous anterior teeth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are difficult to treat due to extremely poor cooperation with dental treatment
