Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collagen diseases (Systemic sclerosis, Mixed connective tissue disease, Systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, Dermatomyositis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are incompatible for Ovisot. Patients who have troubles in the forearms. Patients who have serious allergy for dressing materials.

sex, age, disease, duration, history of digital ulcers, visceral changes, smoking, job, previous diseases, treatment, clinical data, presence of digital ulcers or pernio, degree of skin thickening, nail fold bleeding by dermoscope, presence of calcifications or telangiectasia, temprature of the fingers
