Voice disorder(Spasmodic dysphonia,essential Voice tremor, Psychogenic dysphonia)

Interventions

For patients with dysphonia, we will investigate whether the improvement of the speech disorder can be seen by modifying the nerve activity just below the electrodes by performing weak direct current

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with voice disorder without organic disease in the vocal cords who received the Otolaryngology Department of the University of the Ryukyus. 2. SD patients who do not hope for surgical treatment or symptom is mild,or are no indication for surgical treatment, or the patient has operated but the symptoms remain. 3. Cases in which normal speech rehabilitation was performed for more than 3 months in all cases and there was no effect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of brain abnormalities such as epilepsy, cerebral infarction, and brain tumor. 2.Case in which there are scars or eczema on the head skin. 3.Cases with poor physical condition on the day of examination
