Epicil group Epicil is administrated for one day when grade II oral mucositis developed, and 2 days later dexaltin ointment with olive oil is administrated for one day Dexaltin with olive oil group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck cancer who are receiving radiotherapy and having pain due to oral mucositis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with problem in judgement
