Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. over 20 years of age 2. Within 1month +/- 1 month after delivery 3. Puerperant who comes Nagasaki University Hospital 4. Under 25 of BMI at non-pregnacy 5. obtained informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 20 years of age 2. Use of medicines for osteoporosis 3. Bone diseases and receive treatment 4. Use calcium supplement 5. Pregnancy 6. Unable to sit 7. Obesity 8. inadequate patients
