arm of Active:Capsule includes Momordica Charantia Fruit Extract (7.5mg/Cap) given on twice daily for 12 weeks followed,and optional continuation is until 24 weeks arm of Placebo:Capsule without Momor

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons with an MMSE scorefrom 21 to 27, who agreed with the purpose of this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: persons with serious illnesses such as malignant tumors and cerebrovascular disorders, and other mental disorders
