Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet all of the following criteria 1. Elbow osteochondritis dissecans 2. Indications for conservative therapy 3. 9 t0 15 years old when we get the patient consent 4. Attend regular check ups for 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meets any of the following criteria 1. Patients with loose bodies 2. Participating in or willing to participate in other clinical studies during participating this clinical study 3. Participating in the research does not constitute the greatest benefit to the research subjects. 4. The following applicable cases corresponds to taboos/prohibitions discribed attached document of DUOLITH SD1 Blood coagulation disorder Taking anticoagulants Thrombosis Malignant tumor Continuing to receive cortisone treatment more than 6 months or It has not been 6 weeks since the last injection
