Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i) Patient with colorectal or duodenal adenomatous lesion considered difficult to resect en bloc by snare on endoscopic diagnosis. ii) 18 years of age or older iii) Patienst who have been fully informed consen t.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Colorectal ESD group i) Suspected of invasive cancer ii) Suspected of recurrence polyps iii) Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) iv) Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) v) Patients who have difficulty with withdrawal of medication in accordance with antithrombotic dru g guideline vi) Patients on dialysis vii) Patients who judged as inappropriate candida te by the chief medical examine Duodenal ESD or LECS group i) Suspected of invasive cancer ii) Suspected of recurrence polyps iii) Lesions on the duodenal papilla iv) Patients who have difficulty with withdrawal of medication in accordance with antithrombotic dru g guideline v) Patients on dialysis vi) Patients who judged as inappropriate candida te by the chief medical examine
