Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients histologically diagnosed with gastric cancer. 2. Patients with lesions deemed curable by robot-assisted surgery. 3. Patients who are aged 18 years or older at the time of consent acquisition and have the capacity to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a bleeding tendency 2. Patients deemed unsuitable as research subjects

1. Incidence of surgery-related complications during and after surgery 2. Surgical outcomes (total operative time, console time, docking and undocking time, time for each surgical part, blood loss, presence or absence of blood transfusion, and conversion to open surgery) 3. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) assessment of operability (surgeon and assistant) 4. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) assessment of postoperative pain
