Submandibular region is stimulated transcutaneous-electrically with EMS device (OMRON HV-F320) in 10 minutes. Stimulated saliva amount after the intervention, resting saliva amount on 10 minutes after
transcutaneous electrical stimulation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy faculty members or students of Tokushima University Faculty of Dentistry, or medical staff without basic disease with informed consent of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: person with a basic disease pregnant female person with medication person without informed consent of the study inappropriate person determined by the researcher
