Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Children under 2 months of age whose parents or siblings have allergic diseases (*) *Allergic diseases: atopic dermatitis, food allergies, bronchial asthma (including cough-variant asthma), allergic rhinitis (including pollen allergy) (2) Children who have received a full explanation of their participation in this study and have provided written, voluntary consent to participate, after being fully understood by a legal representative
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children under 37 weeks gestation and weighing less than 2500g at birth (2) Children with underlying diseases (*) *Underlying diseases: Patients with neuromuscular diseases, cardiac diseases (excluding atrial septal defect without medication, patent foramen ovale, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus), pulmonary diseases, liver diseases, pancreatic diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, renal and urinary diseases, diseases subject to mass screening (excluding hypothyroidism), chromosomal abnormalities, immunodeficiencies, hematologic tumor diseases (excluding iron deficiency anemia), and skin diseases (excluding atopic dermatitis, infantile eczema, and diaper dermatitis) (3) Cases in which outpatient visits to Okayama University Hospital cannot be continued until the child is one year old (4) Cases in which the caregiver is a minor and has no legal representative (grandparents, etc.) (5) Children judged by the principal investigator and/or co-investigators as inappropriate as study subjects. If a patient develops a disease corresponding to (2) after enrollment, the principal investigator and co-investigator will discuss whether to exclude the patient.
