L-menthol was instilled, and the tear meniscus height before, after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes after the instillation was measured by AS-OCT, and compare with Schirmer's test.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal Volunteers 30 people, Dry eye patients 30 people criteria: 1. Over 20 years old, 2. Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not written informed consent, 2. Inflammatory eye disease, 3. Using Punctal plug as a treatment for Dry eye or Dacryo Lacrimal Disease
