Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as right-sided colon cancer 2) Patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery with lymph node dissection around superior mesenteric vein/artery 3) 18 years old and over 4) ECOG-PS is 0 or 1 5) Written consent to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery cases 2) Cases with a history of abdominal surgery and prior treatment for ileus or bowel obstruction 3) Cases with preoperative ileus/bowel obstruction 4) Cases with combined resection 5) Cases with allergy or hypersensitivity to gelatin 6)Other cases in which the investigator(s) deems it inappropriate
