Interventions

Thermotherapy therapy using a resonant cavity applicator (HOTCORE) for 40 minutes once a week on the knee joint.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with early osteoarthritis of the knee (radiographs: Kellgren-Lawrence classification grade 1-2) Patients with MRI T1rho values of more than 50 ms in the medial articular cartilage Male and female patients between 40 and 80 years of age Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of trauma or surgery to the lower limb or spine within 3 months of the date of consent Pacemaker inserted Pregnant women Patients who are unable to perform MRI examinations (metal in the body, claustrophobia, etc.) Inability to hold the body position for 40 minutes. Persons who have a conflict of interest with the Principal Investigator or the study's co-investigators.
