Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles in central nervous disorder 2. No orthopedic surgery, botulinum treatment, baclofen intrathecal treatment within the past 6 months 3. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral anticoagulant 2. Patients with untreated blood clotting disorders such as hemophilia 3. patients with thrombosis 4. patients with malignant tumors 5.Patients who have received cortisone therapy for more than 6 months or who have not passed 6 weeks since their last cortisone injection. 6.
