Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease patients who can walk with or without support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Past history of injury in legs. 2) Taking EMS training. 3) Having neuromuscular disease, alchoholism, and taking drugs that affect neuromuscluar function. 4) Using the pacemaker. 5) Implanted metal in the body. 6) Being pregnant or breastfeeding. 7) Inappropriate participation for keeping safe.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Muscle strength of lower legs.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Nerve conduction study parmeters, SF-36, Gait analysis, Muscle volume, Thickness of lower leg muscles, Muscle echogenisity of lower leg muscles.
