Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include the subjects who fulfill all of the below. (1) eldery aged over or equal to 65 years (2) patients who consent for participating in this study, understand the procedure, and can answer the all question properly (3) patients suffered from pincer nail and the hight index is greater than or equal to 30%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude the subjects who meet any of the below. (1) patients accompanied with ingrown nails (2) patients needs other treatments besides VHO because of anormal nail (thickness / vulnerability) or anormal skin around a pincer nail (3) patients with mobile restriction of lower limbs due to central nervous disease (4) patients with mobile restriction of lower limbs due to orthopedic disease (5) obese patients
