Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >= 16, Aged = 25 mmHg 3) Maximumal internal medications 4) NYHA functional class >= III 5) Provision of written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Shocked patients with systolic BP 2hrs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to death from any cause, lung transplantation and clinical worsening (hospitalization for heart failure, >15% decrease in 6MWD from baseline, worsening WHO-FC, or need for additional PAH therapy)
