Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous disorder with spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles 2. Orthopedic surgery, botulinum therapy, baclofen intrathecal treatment not received within the past 6 months 3. Written informed consent has been obtained from the person or the principal regarding participation in this examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral administration of anticoagulant 2. Patients with thrombosis, patients with malignancy Patients who have been receiving cortisone treatment for 3.6 months or more or who have not been 6 weeks since the last cortisone injection 4. May be pregnant or pregnant
