Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.man and woman 2.adult 3.patient who can receivedental implant treatment 4.patient who is insufficient bone volume for the embedding dental implant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.minor 2.The patient who judged the dentist not to be adaptation of the dental implant treatment 3. uncontrol diabetic patient 4.the patient who has difficulty in surgery because of bisphosphonate formulation
