Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who are aged over 20 with ability to agree at the time of consent acquisition. 2) Persons who are visit at the Department of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine or hospitalized in the Cardiovascular Internal wards. 3) Those who can understand, use and implement the contents of the instruments, inspections, etc. of this research. 4) After obtaining sufficient explanation for participation in this research, those who gained document consent by their own free will with sufficient understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person who judged that the responsible person is inappropriate as the research subject.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Incidence of error of messuring blood pressure when occuring arrhythmia. 2) deviations and tolerances between measurements by auscultation and by electronic sphygmomanometer. 3) correlations between measurements by auscultation and by electronic sphygmomanometer.
