Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients of post-polio syndrome with muscle weekness 2 Aged over 20 yrs 3 Patients who can consent in writting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Ichemic limb (Fontaine 3-4) 2 Chronic heart failure (NYHA 4) 3 Precnancy (including possibility) 4 Respiratory failure (%VC<60%) 5. Sever anemia (Hb <7.0g/dl) 6. Large skin ulcer, skin trouble 7 Resercher's detamination of unsuitable of this study
