Anodal electrode is placed on left frontal area, and cathodal electrode is on the left shouledr. TDCS is performed under mindfulness. tDCS stimulation group is randomly assigned to active stimulation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy human subjects that meet the following criteria: 1. Age between 20 to less than 60 years old at the time of acquiring consent 2. Right-handed 3. Must be capable of reading and fully understanding the document of consent, which describes the research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are wearing implants made of metal (excluding titanium) on brain and skin 2. Subjects fitted with metallic equipment such as pacemakers in the body 3. Subjects with a history of surgery such as head surgery. 4. Subjects that suffered head injury and consciousness disturbance 5. Subjects with problems on the skin at the stimulation site 6. Subjects with a history of epilepsy 7. Subjects with a history of fainting 8. Pregnant or possibly pregnant female subjects 9. Subjects with a history of cerebral infarction and a history of other central nervous system diseases 10. Subjects with a history of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, neurosis, substance dependence. 11. Persons who are judged as inappropriate subjects by research staff

Percentage of subjects whose alpha band current density power in frontal cortical areas decreased by at least 33% after stimulation of tDCS

1. The change in emotion before and after tDCS-mindfulness 2. Quantitative EEG before and just after tDCS 3. Change of emotion, characters and the effect for mindfulness-feeling over a week after mindfulness-tDCS
