Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Individuals diagnosed with diabetes, as well as those clinically determined to be at high risk of developing diabetes. ii. Individuals aged 15 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Severe hepatic or renal impairment (AST or ALT > 200 U/L; eGFR < 15 mL/min/1.73 m2) ii. Currently using GLP-1-related products and unable to discontinue them iii. Not suitable for, or has contraindications to, exenatide administration iv. History of alcohol intolerance or severe intolerance to Tween 80 or metoclopramide v. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for participation in this study at the discretion of the principal investigator or sub-investigator(s)
