Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with impaired glucose tolerance (as it may affect test results related to blood glucose, etc.). Individuals with a history of using incretin-related drugs (as it may affect test results related to blood glucose, etc.). Individuals with a BMI below 18.5 or above 30.0. Individuals who are pregnant or plan to give birth during the study period. Other individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator.
