Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are diagnosed periampullary and pancreatic body tumor and undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy by laparotomy 2) Written informed consent 3)Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic hypersensitivity of the indocyanine green 2)Patients with past history of gastrectomy 3)Patients who were judged inappropirate to participate this study by investigators

1) Time required from ICC local injection to confirmation of lymphatic pathway 2) The presence or absence of histopathological metastasis in ICG fluoescence positive lymph nodes and their numbers 3) The visualization rate and differences of lymphatic pathways according to tumor location and type
