Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Medial knee osteoarthritis and KL classification I or II or III, 2) over 40 years. 3) VAS before starting is more than 30/100, 4) consent of patient , 5) outpatient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)the patients who take more than 2 kinds of anti-coagulant drugs 2)Severe renal dysfunction or dialysis 3)severe liver dysfunction or liver cirrhosis 4)severe cardiovas cular diseases 5)severe cerebrovascular dysfuncti on 6)severe diabetes mellitus 7)curcumin abuse patients 8)previous knee surgery or intraarticular i njection for experimental period or steroid intraart icular injection before 2 months or steroid oral int ake before 4 weeks 9)patient who must be exclud ed by the scientific responsible doctor
