Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled laparoscopic or robot-assisted gastrectomy at Nara Medical University Hospital 2) ASA physical status 1 or 2 3) Patients aged 20 or over but under 85 4) Patients who signed the informed consent for this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing temporary surgery who apply on the same day 2) Chronic opioid use 3) Allergy to local anesthetics 4) Communication difficulty 5) Coagulation disorder 6) Patients who weigh under 34kg 7) Patients who have received antithrombotic therapy and conflict with a sufficient period of drug withdrawal according to the guideline published by JSA/JSRA/JSPC 8) Patients who have been judged inappropriate in the study by the investigator or sub-investigator
