Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are going to be performed open surgical repair for thoracic aortic aneurysm or thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm 2)Patients aged over 20 at the time of consent 3)Patients who are going to admit to ICU after surgery 4)Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hemodialysis patients 2)Preoperative eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m2 3)Patients who are not permitted to admit AMIPAREN 4)Pregnant woman, Nursing mother 5)Emergent surgery 6)Other patients that the research doctor deems inappropriate
