Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Medial knee osteoarthritis and KL classification II or III, 2) over 40 years. 3) consent of patient , 4) outpatient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe renal dysfunction or dialysis 2)severe liver dysfunction or liver cirrhosis 3)severe cardiovascular diseases 4)severe cerebrovascular dysfunction 5)severe diabetes mellitus 6)curcumin abuse patients 7)previous knee surgery or intraarticular injection for experimental period or steroid intraarticular injection before 2 months or steroid oral intake before 4 weeks 8)patient who must be excluded by the scientific responsible doctor
