Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with previously untreated cTxN0M0 oral cancer who wasevaluated with clinical examination,ulutrasound ,CT,and or MRI,are the canditates for our stady. Patients no having in history of previous head and neck canser,no allergy to iodne, shelfisy and ICG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of radiation therapy to neck,or head and neck cancer pregnancy or lactating woman ,or woman with suspected pregnancy

Identification rate of sentinellymph node by using 3D-CT lymphography and ICG fluorescence guidance.
