Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lesions in which pulmonary lung cancer or metastatic lung cancer is suspected or diagnosed requireing resection lines other than the typical interlobar fissure (2) Patients with lesions requiring preoperative marking in the lesions located on the right upper lobe, left upper segment, and S6 (3) 18 years old or older (4) The informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to xylocaine, indigo carmine or indocyanine green (ICG) (2) Allergy to iodine (3) Severe thyroid disease (4) Severe bleeding tendency (5) Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant (6) Other clinical difficulties in this trial
