Interventions

Non-contact vibratory pressure stimulation will be administered once daily for one hour, for three days starting from the day of skin biopsy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients who participated in this study provided written informed consent based on their voluntary decision, after receiving a thorough explanation and fully understanding the details of the research. 2.Patients who were at least 18 years old at the time of consent acquisition. 3.Patients who were determined to require a skin biopsy, regardless of the type of skin disease. 4.A patient who is expected to be hospitalized for more than one week. 5.Patients treated with 20mg or more of steroids for drug rashes similar conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a comorbid condition associated with a life expectancy of less than six months. 2.Patients with a comorbid condition that leads to refractory wound healing. 3.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4.Patients deemed ineligible by the principal investigator or co-investigators for any other reason.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The duration (in days) until the naturally formed scab falls off after skin biopsy.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The duration (in days) until scab formation begins after skin biopsy. The POSAS score on the final observation day.
